Today as I sit here at my desk thinking about the goodness of God, I am reminded of the frailty of life, the brevity of it, and the gift that life truly is.  We wake up and we quickly go about our business of the day sometimes without ever stopping to thank God for our lives, the lives of those we cherish, and the for the experiences our lives afford us.  But today I would like to take the time to say, “Thank you Lord for giving me another day on planet earth.  Help me to make it an offering to you.”

Every day is an opportunity to give back to God, to assist in Kingdom building, and to worship God.  It is a day to live in obedience, serve with passion, and to display the grace, mercy, and love of Jesus. Today is a new day and regardless of what may have happened yesterday or the day before or any day before that, today is a day we get to start a new and walk determined to praise the Lord not only in word but in deed also.  Let’s make today great by letting God have His perfect will in our lives.  Remember you are loved. Jesus loves you.
