Romans 8:37-39 tells us this: “Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.”
From this short passage alone, we see the love God has for us! The Bible is absolutely full and overflowing with scriptures on the love of God! There is a reason for that….because His love for each of us is full and overflowing! Doesn’t that make your heart happy?! It sure does mine!
As this passage states, we are conquerors through Him because of His absolutely amazing love for us. We certainly do not deserve His love for one second, let alone our whole lives. But He is faithful to us, and we should be faithful to Him and demonstrate our love for Him in all we do!
As we are in this month that we celebrate love, remember that God wrote the most beloved, beautiful and personal love letter we could ever possibly receive – the Bible! Take this time to reflect on His love and ways you can show God and those around you just how much you love Him!
